They're unable to broadcast messages to go along with the siren.

Fire destroyed a historic World War II-era hangar early Tuesday at the former Tustin Air Base that was a significant part of Orange County's military history.

Toyota is recalling roughly 1.9 million RAV4 sport utility vehicles in the U.S. because the batteries can shift during sharp turns and potentially cause a fire.
